    • Courtyard cottage 'Quebec': open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and shower room, with option for further ground floor bedroom with ensuite.  

    • Courtyard apartments: 'Champlain' - first floor:  open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and on the ground floor, Studio Du Gua, 

    • Courtyard apartment 'La Treille': Separate kitchen/dining room, studio lounge/bedroom, shower room.

    • Salle de Réception: Newly refurbished party and events room, with open fireplace and original Cognac making equipment (now decorative only), which can seat up to 80 people dining style. Separate kitchen and toilets.
