Two of the smaller accommodations, Le Logis and La Treille (pictured and shown in site plan below), are subject to a Viager agreement which means that they are occupied by the previous owner for her lifetime and an annual fee is payable to her. These buildings are wholly owned by us as the proprietors but are not available for occupation until her death or earlier if she chooses to relinquish her right of occupation. The tenant has no right of access to any other part of the property.

The previous owner is presently 93 years old. Should she die before a sale of the property, the discount included in price for the viager element will no longer apply.
